   "Again, past tests completed on the MCGS Flyash have yielded resuts which indicate the type IV waste characterization will not be attained."

   "Proceed to dospose of MCGS ash at Brown ASAP."

 

 

NIPSCO Flyash Memo October 4, 1995

   "The disposal costs of other landfills can be twenty to thirty percent higher than the Brown's facility. ... IDEM could begin to examine the hydrological effect of the Flyash storage ponds near Lake Michigan."
